Strengthen Your Brain and Body Through Exercise and Relaxation at B.R.A.I.N.’s Breathe & Balance Class

Instructor Kimberly Okabayashi is a certified yoga instructor.   Before she discovered yoga, she received a Bachelor’s of Science in Art, and is certified in Secondary Art Education. Kimberly has been practicing yoga for twelve years and teaching for five years. She has taught at Ja Yoga in Long Beach for five years. She has experience in Yin (slow, deep stretching), Yang (strengthening, powerful) and Vinyasa flow (moving through a series of poses). Kimberly will lead students in yoga that will include breathing exercises, strengthening and lengthening muscles and ligaments. All are welcome to experience this mindful and healing practice.

This is a Beginner to Intermediate Class for:
