Class Facilitator: Claire MacKenzie

Claire MacKenzie, M.M., M.S., CF-SLP is a classically trained singer, voice teacher, and choral music director. She received her B.A. in Vocal Performance from Cal Poly – San Luis Obispo and her M.M. in Vocal Performance and Music Education from Boston University. She has performed with opera companies and orchestras worldwide and has held positions of music director, conductor, and voice teacher for various organizations, including the San Luis Coastal Unified School District and the San Francisco Archdiocese. Claire received her Post-Baccalaureate in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the State University of New York-New Paltz and she recently graduated from Chapman University with her M.S. in Speech-Language and Hearing Sciences. Claire has dedicated her career to helping others enhance their vocal expression. In her new role as Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Therapist and Therapy Choir Director with B.R.A.I.N., Claire is excited to foster growth, healing, and community through music and song.
